California Property Management (“CPM”) is a boutique property management company in Los Angeles County with a mission to provide “hands-on” customer care based on the extensive legal, mediation and business experience of its principal, Tom Kielty.

Tom has been practicing law for 30 years, in Los Angeles County since 1999. He graduated from UCLA School of Law in 1990 and practiced out of state for a few years, returning to the Bay Area in 1992. In addition, Tom is active in various real estate ventures and is a licensed California Real Estate broker (DRE# 02015737). He began managing his own properties in 2012 and subsequently expanded to managing properties for his law clients as well.
